You may have heard of a guardian angel or even a fallen angel. Maybe you’ve even heard of Charlie’s Angels but you can bet you’ve never seen anything like Willow’s angel; until Alex came along neither had Willow.
Willow is living in an invaded world, invaded by angels. On the outside they are everything angels ought to be but hidden beneath their heavenly exterior is a murderous, twisted truth. Until recently Willow knew nothing of the angels until she experience the presence of one in a psychic reading. Now she must discover not only who the strange creatures haunting her planet are but also who she really is.
Alex is a trained Angel Killer and he’s just recieved a mission, a mission to kill. However there’s something different about this angel and now things have become more than just a flick of the trigger.
Angel; what it says on the cover but with a haunting difference. The characters, although sometimes tedious and predictable, offered rare moments of brilliance which made you remember why you picked it up in the first place. I won’t be picking the next one up in a huge hurry but, all in all, it was an easy and unusual read.
